TurnUp World ensures a smooth appointment flow by automatically sending reminders. Below you can see how and when these notifications are sent.
Reminder schedule

First reminder – 8 days before the appointment

Content: Confirmation request + appointment information.

Condition: Only if no confirmation was received after the first email.

Condition: Only if the appointment is still unconfirmed.

Reminders via the app (if downloaded)
If the patient uses the TurnUp app, they will also receive the above notifications directly in the app. This increases both visibility and engagement.
