I can’t find my practice in the TurnUp app

📱 Don’t worry — this is usually easy to fix.
At the moment, the TurnUp app does not allow you to manually search for practices.

Instead, the app automatically links you to the correct practice based on your mobile phone number. This number must match the phone number stored in your patient record at the practice.

When you register in the app using that same number, your practice will appear automatically.

🔍 Possible reasons

If your practice does not appear in the app, it may be because:

  • 📞 The phone number does not match
    The mobile number you used to register in the app is different from the number stored in your patient record at the practice.

  • 📲 Incorrect phone number during registration
    A wrong or outdated phone number was entered during the app registration process.

✅ What can you do?

  1. Check that you used the correct mobile number when creating your account.

  2. Ask your practice which phone number is registered in your patient file.

  3. Try registering again using that same mobile number.
