How can I make sure parents see their children’s appointments in the app?
Parents can see their children’s appointments and receive appointment notifications in the TurnUp World app when the patient records are set up correctly.
If they do not see the appointments in the app, the cause is usually the mobile phone number registered in the patient file.
🔗 How does this work?
TurnUp automatically links patient profiles in the mobile app based on the same mobile phone number in the PMS.
This means:

If multiple patient records contain exactly the same mobile number,

These profiles are automatically grouped in the app.

The parent will then see all appointments of the linked family members.
No additional settings are required in TurnUp.
⚠️ A parent does not see their child’s appointments?
In most cases, the mobile number in the child’s patient file is:

Not filled in
-
Entered incorrectly
-
Registered under a different number
