Issue during registration in the TurnUp World app
Unable to proceed to the next step
What is the issue?
Some users experience a problem during registration in the TurnUp app where they are unable to continue to the next step. The button may be invisible or displayed outside the screen.
👉 This is a visual bug that can occur on older versions of Android or iOS.
What is the solution?
You can usually resolve this issue easily via your device settings:

Open the settings on your smartphone

Go to “Display” or “Screen”

Reduce the display size or zoom level (sometimes called display scale or display size)

Reopen the TurnUp app
The button to continue to the next step should now be visible.
💡 If your device is relatively new but the issue still occurs, please check whether your device is up to date with the latest software update.

Completely close the app and open it again
