I can’t find my practice in the TurnUp app

Why don’t I see my practice in the mobile app?

Don’t worry — this is usually easy to fix.

The TurnUp app does not work with a manual search list of practices. Instead, the system automatically links you to the correct practice based on the mobile phone number registered in your patient file at the practice.

As soon as you use that same phone number when registering in the app, your practice will automatically appear.

🔍 Possible reasons

If your practice does not appear in the app, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

📞 Phone number does not match
The phone number you used to register in the app does not match the phone number stored in your patient file at the practice.

📲 Incorrect phone number entered during registration
You may have used an incorrect or outdated phone number when creating your app account.

✅ What can you do?

  • Check whether you used the correct phone number when creating your account.

  • Ask your practice which phone number is registered in your patient file.

  • Try registering again using the correct phone number.
