Appointments not visible in the app?

What should you do if you don’t immediately see your appointment in the mobile app?

1. Date filter is set incorrectly

In the “My appointments” tab, you can filter appointments starting from a specific date. It’s possible that this date filter was changed or set incorrectly. Please check whether the filter shows the correct time period.

2. No internet connection when loading

If there was no internet connection when opening the app, appointments may not load or may only be partially displayed. Make sure you have a stable internet connection.

What if you still don’t see anything?

To help us investigate this properly, we kindly ask you to send a screenshot or a short video via our support form. This allows us to check whether there is a technical issue.

Tip: Also verify that you are registered with the correct mobile phone number and email address at your practice. Appointments are linked based on this information.
