Unable to send last-minute from DentAdmin

What if a last-minute cannot be sent? Do you receive an error message?

Possible cause

In rare cases, a last-minute may fail to send when it is created from DentAdmin. This is usually not a structural problem, but rather a temporary communication conflict related to the email template being used.

Solution: Re-save template(s)

Follow these steps to re-save the templates in DentAdmin:

  1. Open the agenda in DentAdmin

  2. Right-click on the desired appointment

  3. Go to Communication > E-mail

  4. Select an e-mail template from the TurnUp folder

  5. Open the template and click Save template in the top left

  6. Repeat this process for all relevant templates

👉 Then try sending the last-minute again.

Still not working?

If the problem continues after re-saving the templates:

  • Check whether there is a general outage in DentAdmin

  • Contact TurnUp Support to schedule an appointment
