Unable to send last-minute from DentAdmin
What if a last-minute cannot be sent? Do you receive an error message?
Possible cause
In rare cases, a last-minute may fail to send when it is created from DentAdmin. This is usually not a structural problem, but rather a temporary communication conflict related to the email template being used.
Solution: Re-save template(s)
Follow these steps to re-save the templates in DentAdmin:

Open the agenda in DentAdmin

Right-click on the desired appointment

Go to Communication > E-mail

Select an e-mail template from the TurnUp folder

Open the template and click Save template in the top left

Repeat this process for all relevant templates
👉 Then try sending the last-minute again.
Still not working?
If the problem continues after re-saving the templates:

Check whether there is a general outage in DentAdmin
