Reminder emails or SMS messages are not being sent

Do you expect patients to be reminded automatically about their appointments, but notice that SMS or notifications are missing? Please check the following points before contacting support.

What you can check yourself

  1. ⚙️ Are automatic notifications activated?
    Check in your practice settings if notifications are enabled per appointment type.

  2. 📅 Is the correct agenda being used?
    Some notifications are linked to specific treatments. Make sure these are configured correctly.

  3. 📲 Is your SMS credit (limit) used up?
    If the limit is exceeded, messages may not be sent temporarily.

  4. 📑 Do you see recent SMS successfully sent?
    Check the sending history and logs of notifications.

When to contact support?

Email support@turnup.be or use the support widget on our 🌐 website if:

  • You confirm that notifications are active, but nothing is being sent

  • The behavior suddenly changed without a clear reason

  • You receive an error message about SMS delivery
