No patients showing in my waiting list – what should I do?
Is your waiting list suddenly empty, or do you not see patients even though you expect them to be available? This can have several causes. Below you’ll find what you can check before contacting support.
Possible causes

Your agenda is not (yet) linked or has been deactivated

Sync with DentAdmin or Progenda is interrupted

No active patients are on the waiting list for the selected time slot

Practitioner or treatment filters don’t return any patients

Practice settings do not include the relevant activity or test phase
What you can check yourself

📅 Check your agenda connection
Ensure your agenda is correctly linked via Google or via DentAdmin/Progenda. -
📊 Check the waiting list overview
Use the overview per practitioner or per treatment — do patients appear? -
🎯 Adjust your filters
Make sure you are not accidentally filtering on another practitioner or a future time slot. -
🔄 Restart the interface
Log out and back in via app.turnup.be, or refresh your browser in private/incognito mode.
When to contact support?
