The created last-minute was taken by phone or at the counter.

If a patient is invited via text/email and contacts you to schedule the appointment instead of filling in the details via the link, you can select the patient in question from the pop-up list of invited patients when cancelling the last-minute

This way, the patient is removed from the waiting list and the last-minute is considered taken. 

For all other reasons that a created last-minute should be cancelled, the ‘other reason’ box can be ticked.
