      Frequency of automatic invitations after the first SMS/text message.

      In reality, a patient can be invited up to 15 times before being automatically removed from the waiting list. This means that, on smaller waiting lists, the same patient may be invited multiple times in a single day if, for example, several last-minute slots become available.

       

      TurnUp randomly selects 20 eligible patients for each available slot. However, if there are fewer than 15 patients on the waiting list, the same patients may receive multiple invitations, as the software has limited options within the defined selection criteria.

       

      Summary:

      • A patient can be invited up to 15 times before being removed from the waiting list.
      • On small waiting lists, the same patient may be invited multiple times per day if several last-minute slots open up.
      • The software selects 20 eligible patients but will repeat invitations if there are fewer than 15 patients on the list.
