Why was the last-minute appointment no longer available?

This is usually due to one of the following reasons:

• Another patient confirmed faster.
  Last-minute appointments are automatically assigned to the patient who confirms first.

• The practice cancelled the appointment.
  Sometimes the dental practice decides not to offer the last-minute appointment after all.

👉 In both cases, your original appointment remains unchanged and no action is required from you.
