TurnUp is a smart web application used by dental practices to efficiently manage their waiting lists, offer last-minute appointments, reduce no-shows, and send appointment reminders.
For you as a patient, this means greater flexibility and shorter waiting times.
When a slot becomes available unexpectedly, for example due to a cancellation, you get the chance to see your dentist sooner.
⚙️ How does it work?
If you are on a practice’s waiting list, you will automatically receive a notification via email, SMS, or the TurnUp World app as soon as a last-minute appointment becomes available.
Does the proposed time work for you and would you like to move your appointment forward? You can confirm easily in just a few clicks.
You can also receive reminders for your scheduled appointments, so you don’t forget them.
🎛️ You always stay in control
TurnUp is completely optional.
You decide whether to respond to an invitation and can unsubscribe from the waiting list at any time. In that case, you will no longer receive last-minute notifications.
