What happens if I cancel my appointment?

If you need to cancel your appointment, you can do so in several ways:

• via the link in the confirmation email or SMS,

• by contacting your dental practice directly,

• or through the TurnUp World app.

Once you cancel the appointment, your time slot becomes available again in the practice’s schedule. This allows other patients to be helped sooner. If needed, the practice can add you back to the waitlist.
