I’m not receiving SMS or email notifications — what should I do?
Not receiving notifications? First, please check:

whether your contact details are correctly registered with your practice

whether the messages are ending up in your spam or junk folder

whether your SMS settings on your phone allow notifications
In the TurnUp World app, you can also check which notifications are currently enabled.
If the issue persists, please contact your practice so they can perform an additional check.
