No. TurnUp does not have access to your medical information.
Medical data is stored exclusively in the patient management system of your dental practice.

What TurnUp does use are only the details that are necessary to contact you and to offer last-minute appointments, such as:

• your name and contact details (phone number and email address),

• the date and time of your scheduled appointment,

• the care provider you have an appointment with,

• the duration of your appointment or the reason for your visit,

• whether you use the TurnUp app to receive notifications,

• and whether you accept last-minute appointments.

TurnUp uses this information solely to inform you correctly about available appointments and fully respects your privacy.
