Can I also see the appointments of my children or family members in the app?
TurnUp World supports linked patient profiles based on the same mobile phone number.
How does it work?
If multiple family members are registered at the practice under the same mobile phone number, their appointments can be automatically grouped in the TurnUp World mobile app.
For example:

You have two children registered at a practice.

Both children are registered in the practice’s patient system using the parent’s mobile phone number (e.g. mother/father).
In this case, the parent can view all children’s appointments in their app.
What will I see exactly?

The parent logs in to the app using their mobile phone number.

When logging in, all linked patient profiles are retrieved.

Appointments are clearly displayed per person.

Notifications may be sent for each linked family member.
What if I don’t see my children’s appointments?
This can happen if:

Your children have a different mobile phone number in their patient record.

The parent’s mobile phone number was not entered correctly or completely at the practice.

The practice is not yet live with TurnUp World.
Tip: Contact your practice to confirm that your family members are correctly registered under one mobile phone number.
Privacy
Each user only sees the appointments of patients who are explicitly linked to their mobile phone number.
This ensures clear communication without compromising privacy.
