What to do when your SMS credit runs out in TurnUp World
TurnUp World uses SMS to automatically remind patients of their appointments. This communication is largely automatic, but it depends on an SMS credit linked to your practice.
What happens when SMS credit runs out?

No reminders or notifications will be sent via SMS

Communication will continue only via email or the TurnUp app (if active)

You will receive an automatic notification — it is important to read and check this
