Waiting List Insights explained

In the Insights module, you’ll find the key statistics related to your waiting list.

In TurnUp World, under the Insights module and the Waiting List tab, you can access the most important statistics to better understand your waiting list and manage it more effectively.

Within the Waiting List tab, you’ll find two graphs:

Waiting list by treatment

• Shows how your waiting list is structured per treatment type, allowing you to quickly see which treatments occur most frequently on the waiting list.

• At the top, you can filter by practitioner to view this data per practitioner.

Waiting list by professional

• Provides an overview of the number of appointments on the waiting list per practitioner, helping you quickly identify where demand is highest.

• At the top, you can filter by treatment type for additional detail.

• You gain insight into the composition and distribution of your waiting list.

• It helps highlight overload or high demand for specific treatments or practitioners.
