Inviting patients to the TurnUp World mobile app

Step-by-step

1️⃣ Open the TurnUp World application

• Go to app.turnup.be

• Log in with your credentials

2️⃣ Go to the Manager Dashboard

• Click Manager in the top left corner

• Then select the “Mobile application” tab

3️⃣ Invite via the overview

• On the right-hand side, you’ll find the “Mobile app download” section

• There you’ll see an overview of all patients synchronized from DentAdmin

• Click “Invite” to send them the invitation to download the new app

Tips

• Send a short, personalized message beforehand from your practice’s email address to inform patients before the invitation is sent.

• Afterward, monitor who has accepted their invitation.

Result

Patients receive a clear invitation and can easily install and start using the new mobile app.
