Manager Insights explained

Within the Manager tab of the Insights module, you will find four separate sections. At the top of the page, you can select the time period you want to analyse.

General tab

This tab provides insights into:

• The additional revenue generated through the use of TurnUp

• The time saved for your team thanks to more efficient planning and workflows

• The number of patients who were helped sooner

• The key insights that help you adjust and optimise your approach

• Practical tips to grow and use TurnUp even more efficiently

Last-Minute tab

This tab provides insights into:

• The number of last-minute appointments created

• The number of last-minute appointments filled

• The revenue generated from these appointments

• The number of patients on the waiting list

• The number of last-minute appointments filled via the mobile app

• The time savings achieved

Charts:

• First chart: per staff member, how much last-minute time was created and how much was filled

• Second chart: the number of notifications sent via email, SMS, and the app

No-Show tab

This tab provides insights into:

• The number of no-shows prevented

• The number of no-shows that were rebooked

• The additional revenue generated

• The no-show percentage

• The number of no-shows prevented via the mobile app

• The time savings achieved

Charts:

• First chart: per staff member, total time and prevented time

• Second chart: overview of no-shows

Mobile App tab

This tab provides insights into:

• The total number of patients in TurnUp

• The number of patients using the mobile app

• The number of last-minute appointments booked via the app

• The number of app downloads

From this page, you can also easily invite all your patients to download the TurnUp mobile app.
