Login Instructions – TurnUp.Exquise.Desktop

🔄 Launch the Application

After downloading the .exe file, you can pin it to your taskbar for easy access.
Double-click to launch the app. The TurnUp icon will appear in the system tray (bottom right).

Can’t see it immediately? Click the ^ arrow to view hidden icons, then drag the TurnUp icon into the visible tray.

🔐 Sign In

Left-click the TurnUp tray icon to open the login popup.
Enter your TurnUp credentials (email and password).
If your account uses MFA/2FA, complete the verification step as prompted.

✅ Successful Login

Once login is successful, the window closes automatically — the app is now ready to use.

❌ Failed Login

If login fails, the window will remain open and show a “Login failed” message.
Double-check your credentials or MFA code and try again.

⚠️ Important:

Before using any TurnUp features, make sure Exquise Next Generation is running and you are logged in.
TurnUp integration will not work unless Exquise is active and accessible.
