How to add an unsubscribed patient back to the waitlist

Have you or a patient accidentally removed an appointment from the waitlist? You can easily add the appointment back to the waitlist in just a few steps.

Step 1: Log in to TurnUp World

  1. Go to TurnUp World and log in using your personal account credentials.

  2. Open the menu and navigate to the Unsubscribed module.

Step 2: Add the appointment back to the waitlist

  1. Click on the appointment you want to add back to the waitlist.

  2. Click Add to Waitlist to place the appointment back on the waitlist.
