Edit the Waiting List Efficiently

The Waitlist Bulk Editing tool lets you quickly update several waitlist items at the same time. Whether you are assigning a new provider, adjusting treatments, or filtering by date, changes can be made in just a few clicks.

⚙️ How does it work?

1. Go to the Waitlist module in TurnUp World.
2. Click the Bulk edit waitlist button.
3. You will see an overview of all editable waitlist items.
4. Click Add filters to define which items you want to update.
   You can filter by healthcare provider, treatment, date (created before/after) and waitlist duration. 
   Multiple filters can be combined. The system will always show how many items are selected.
5. Choose what you want to update (provider/treatment).
6. Click Apply to make the changes.

• Faster workflow:  No more time lost editing waitlist items one by one. 

• Fewer errors:  Changes are applied consistently across multiple items. 

• Better overview: Keep your waitlist clean and up to date.

⚠️ Important

If you assign waitlist items to new providers:

• The existing link to the previous provider is removed.
• The waitlist item will only be linked to the newly selected provider(s).

Use this feature regularly to keep your waitlist organized—especially after structural changes, new treatments, or schedule updates. It can save you a significant amount of time.
