Add patient to Waitlist (Match All Doctors)

This feature reads the patient’s appointment data from Exquise Next Generation and adds them to the waitlist of all doctors in the clinic.

This ensures the patient gets notified whenever any doctor has a last-minute slot available — not just their original practitioner.

✅ How to Use

1. Make sure Exquise Next Generation is open and you're logged in.

1. In Exquise, open the patient’s appointment.
   Ensure the following details are visible:

   • Full name

   • Date of birth

   • Phone number

   • Email

   • Appointment info (right-hand side)

1. Left-click the TurnUp icon in the system tray (bottom-right).

1. In the menu, select:
   “Toevoegen aan wachtlijst (match alle artsen)”

2. The TurnUp icon will start spinning, indicating it’s processing the request.

🔔 Result

• ✅ Success: A confirmation popup appears, and the patient is added to the waitlist for all doctors.
  The patient also receives a confirmation email.

• ❌ Failure: An error message is shown (e.g., “No phone number,” “Patient already on waitlist,” etc.)
