In TurnUp, it is mandatory to add a phone number to each patient profile. This number ensures that contact information is complete and supports communication options. However, we understand that some patients prefer not to share a mobile number or may not have one. In such cases, it is possible to enter a landline number.
Important: When a landline number is provided, it will not be used to contact the patient by phone. Instead, the patient will receive all communications via email or through the app, available for download to facilitate ongoing communication and follow-up.
