There are several reasons why last-minutes are not taken. 

1. Not enough patients were invited. 

After you see that a last-minute is not taken, you can resend the invitation to patients you have selected.


2. Optimise the waiting list

Make sure you keep your waiting list up-to-date.
Use filters to target specific groups for open appointments.

3. Choose the right moment to send out a last-minute

Send out last-minutes that do not take place on the same day in the evening, so patients have enough time to take them in.
